YOU’RE INVITED TO A FREE MINDFUL ARTISTRY SESSION HALLOWEEN MORNING! Drop in to the Instagram Live Sunday morning 10am-noon PST. Trick-or-treat with us by going live with us and showing off some of your creative projects (trick) or just bring what you’re working on to be guided in creative productivity like at a regular retreat (treat)!

SIMPLY JOIN US ON INSTAGRAM LIVE @MINDFUL.ARTISTRY SUNDAY 10-NOON PST.

Welcome to your artists’ studio, co-creative space, accountability, collaboration and networking hub. We are a group of creatives and entrepreneurs working, being inspired and co-learning alongside each other.

Drop-in to get to know the community, sew your costume, glue on some googly eyes, practice your make-up for the night, write your novel, whatever’s your highest creative excitement.

What to expect from Mindful Artistry retreats:

~ Mindful moments / Intention-setting

~ Creativity sessions / Productivity coaching

~Networking opportunities / Open studio time

Our regular Tuesday co-working retreat is 2-hours long with an optional hour of Open Studio time at the end – the 3rd hour of the retreat is optional. Please be prepared with the tools you’ll want to make. (Videos will be muted during work sessions, so be encouraged to bring musical projects.) Open Studio is a time to continue with projects and network.

We’re here to help you focus, design, organize, flow and complete your most exciting creative projects while we each take steps along an intentional exploration of design and self-expression within the context of a wellness practice. We are a community who get things done together and encourage each other to grow. The most important traits to practice here are presence, generative curiosity and creativity. Bring your own projects – we are co-creating!

In our online retreats, people have written memoirs, practiced the piano, painted pictures, worked on their website’s layout, done a movement practice, mixed a drum track, designed social media posts, played guitar, arranged a bouquet, edited a poem, philosophized…
